Removes the scheduled October 2, 2023 repeal date for the public records exemption in section 119.071(3)(a) for security and firesafety system plans, making the exemption permanent.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2023 repeal date for the public meeting exemption in section 286.0113(1) for portions of meetings that would reveal security or firesafety system plans.

Repeals section 281.301, Florida Statutes, relating to security and firesafety systems.

Amends section 1006.1493(5) to update references from "ss. 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301" to only "s. 119.071(3)(a)" for confidentiality of security risk assessment data in schools.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
