Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to remove the scheduled repeal date of the public records exemption for addresses of victims of mass violence incidents.

Exemption applies to addresses of persons killed or injured in incidents where four or more people, not including the perpetrator, are severely injured or killed by an intentional and indiscriminate act of violence.

Makes the exemption permanent under the Open Government Sunset Review Act instead of allowing it to expire on October 2, 2023.

Effective date is October 1, 2023.
