Amends section 627.352, Florida Statutes to provide cybersecurity data exemptions for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation from public records and public meeting requirements.

Designates as confidential and exempt records identifying detection, investigation, or response practices for suspected or confirmed information technology security incidents that would facilitate unauthorized access or modification of data or IT resources.

Designates as confidential and exempt portions of risk assessments, evaluations, audits, and other reports of the corporation's information technology security program that would facilitate unauthorized access to or modification of protected data or IT resources.

Makes confidential and exempt portions of public meetings that would reveal protected cybersecurity data, with all exempt portions recorded and transcribed as confidential unless a court determines the meeting was not restricted to exempt data discussion.

Removes the scheduled repeal date previously set for October 2, 2023, making the exemption permanent, and allows the Auditor General, Cybercrime Office of the Department of Law Enforcement, Office of Insurance Regulation, and state/federal agencies to access these records for security purposes; takes effect October 1, 2023.
