Amends s. 744.21031, Florida Statutes to reauthorize and narrow the public records exemption for identifying and location information of current and former public guardians and employees with fiduciary responsibility.

Removes photographs of current public guardians and employees with fiduciary responsibility from the exemption, keeping only photographs of former public guardians and employees exempt.

Removes places of employment from the exemption for spouses and children of public guardians and employees with fiduciary responsibility.

Deletes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2023, making the exemption permanent subject to future Open Government Sunset Review Act procedures.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
