• Secretary of Economic Opportunity serves as contract manager for Space Florida and must include annual Space Florida reports in the Department of Economic Opportunity's annual report to the Governor and Legislature.

• Office of Economic and Demographic Research and OPPAGA must provide analysis of Space Florida to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2024, and every 3 years thereafter.

• Space Florida board expanded to 13 members with Governor-appointed members subject to Senate confirmation; establishes 4-year staggered terms, term limits of two 4-year terms, and removal procedures including automatic removal for absence from three consecutive meetings.

• Board members serve without compensation but receive per diem and travel reimbursement; board prohibited from endorsing political candidates or contributing campaign funds.

• Space Florida must conduct risk-based compliance assessments of internal contracts every 3 years starting October 1, 2023, and submit findings to board, Secretary of Economic Opportunity, Governor, and Legislature.
