• Renames the "Internship Tax Credit Program" to the "Experiential Learning Tax Credit Program" and expands eligibility to include businesses hiring apprentices and preapprentices for a $2,000 tax credit per participant.

• Renames the "workforce opportunity portal" to the "consumer-first workforce system" and expands the Office of Reimagining Education and Career Help's duties to coordinate apprenticeship and work-based learning opportunities across state agencies.

• Requires high schools to host annual career fairs beginning in the 2023-2024 school year and mandates district school boards provide all grades 9-12 students at least one work-based learning opportunity.

• Establishes a reimbursement program through the Department of Financial Services for employers' workers' compensation premiums for students participating in work-based learning opportunities.

• Creates workforce education partnership programs allowing state universities to partner with private employers to help students graduate without student loans, and extends the repeal date of the Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation to October 1, 2027.
