Designates the week of November 1-7, 2023, as "Muscogee Indians of Florida Heritage Week"

Honors the Muscogee Indians of Florida as direct descendants of Creek Indians who inhabited Northwest Florida before it became a U.S. Territory

Recognizes the tribe's cultural, historic, and economic contributions to the Florida panhandle and their governance of Creek communities in the region

Acknowledges the tribe's ongoing efforts to promote Creek art, history, language, culture, and preserve historical artifacts and sites

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the Muscogee Indians of Florida as recognition of their longstanding presence in the area
