Exempts complaints and investigations regarding violations of health care choice non-discrimination laws (s. 381.00316, 381.00317, 381.00319) from public records disclosure when held by the Department of Legal Affairs or Department of Health.

Maintains confidentiality of investigation records until completion or cessation of active investigation, with investigation remaining "active" while conducted with reasonable good faith belief it may determine a violation.

Continues confidentiality after investigation completion if disclosure would jeopardize another active investigation, reveal medical information about an individual, or reveal an individual's religious beliefs.

Permits disclosure of investigation information to other business entities, governmental entities, or educational institutions in furtherance of their lawful duties, and allows release in aggregated format.

Repeals the exemption on October 2, 2028, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it, making it subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
