Requires nonprofit organizations contracting with state entities (for contracts executed, amended, or extended on or after July 1, 2023) to document the amount of state funds allocated for remuneration to board of directors members and officers, including amounts and recipients for each payment

Defines "remuneration" broadly to include all compensation whether paid or accrued, such as bonuses, paid time off, severance, incentive payments, retirement contributions, and in-kind benefits like vehicles, housing, meals, and moving expenses

Mandates that remuneration documentation be posted on both the state's contract tracking system (maintained by the Chief Financial Officer) and on the contractor's own website, if one exists

Defines "state funds" to include General Revenue Fund money, state trust funds, federally allocated funds distributed by the state, and state-appropriated grant funds, but excludes Medicaid program funds

Replaces a previous requirement for state entities to post pre-2013 contract payment information on the tracking system with the new nonprofit remuneration disclosure requirements, effective July 1, 2023
