Defines "dental laboratory technician" and "digital scanning" in Florida dental practice law, and restricts impressions and digital scanning of teeth to licensed dentists, dental hygienists under general supervision, or dental assistants/technicians under direct supervision

Requires all dentists to provide patients with their name, contact phone number, after-hours emergency contact information, and license information upon request, with the same requirements applying to entities providing dental services through telehealth

Mandates a designated dentist of record for every patient treated through telehealth who remains primarily responsible for all dental treatment, regardless of whether other practitioners render the care

Requires advertisements for telehealth dental services involving impressions, prosthetics, appliance placement, or orthodontic correction to include a clearly legible disclaimer recommending an in-person examination before beginning telehealth treatment

Establishes new grounds for disciplinary action, including failure to perform or obtain records from an in-person exam within the last 6 months before initial orthodontic diagnosis or appliance use, and failure to provide required dentist identification and contact information to patients
