Food delivery platforms must itemize and clearly disclose to customers the purchase price of food/beverages, any commission, delivery, or promotional fees, and any tip or gratuity applied to the order

Platforms must regularly update customers on order status, including delivery method, driver identification, anticipated delivery date/time, delivery address, and confirmation of successful delivery or failure

Food delivery platforms are prohibited from listing, promoting, or accepting orders from a public food service establishment without that establishment's prior written consent

Platforms must share detailed order information with restaurants, including customer name and contact information, order date and contents, order origination, delivery time, and whether the customer is new or repeat

Platforms must clearly disclose their terms and conditions to restaurants—including fee rates, policies on alcohol and marketing, insurance requirements for delivery partners, sales tax responsibilities, and penalty processes—and may not limit the value or number of transactions a restaurant can dispute regarding order or delivery errors
