Creates s. 871.05, F.S., establishing criminal penalties for interference with sporting and entertainment events, including athletic competitions, practices, and live artistic or theatrical performances.

Prohibits intentionally touching, striking, or causing bodily harm to covered participants (players, coaches, officials, performers, security staff) during covered events without consent.

Prohibits willfully entering or remaining in restricted areas (designated areas for players, coaches, officials, and performers) during covered events without authorization, license, or invitation.

Establishes violations as first-degree misdemeanors punishable by up to $2,500 fine; soliciting another person to commit violations by offering money or value constitutes a third-degree felony.

Requires seizure and forfeiture of any profits or benefits obtained from violations under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act; effective October 1, 2023.
