Creates section 365.1755, F.S., requiring wireless services providers to immediately provide automatic location identification (phone number, address, and location) of an account holder's wireless telephone upon request during actual or perceived emergencies.

Mandates wireless services providers establish a unique, well-advertised emergency number for automatic location identification services with no wait times.

Requires automatic location identification information to be provided verbally and transmitted graphically to the wireless telephone, regardless of whether the service has been activated or deactivated on the device.

Allows family or household members to request a temporary block (not exceeding 30 days) on an account holder's access to automatic location identification services or information, with such requests remaining confidential.

Authorizes wireless services providers to charge a maximum fee of $5 per automatic location identification request; effective July 1, 2023.
