Prohibits companies owned, controlled, or subsidized by the People's Republic of China or Chinese Communist Party from purchasing or acquiring real property or strategic assets within 50 miles of military bases in Florida, effective July 1, 2023.

Prohibits Chinese-owned or controlled companies from purchasing or acquiring real property or strategic assets within 50 miles of strategic assets such as water treatment facilities, power plants, emergency operation centers, and telecommunications towers in the state.

Prohibits Chinese-owned or controlled companies from purchasing more than 50 acres of agricultural land in Florida, including contiguous agricultural land totaling more than 50 acres.

Applies restrictions to any company owned in whole or in part by the People's Republic of China, any subsidiary of such companies, companies with a principal place of business in China, and intermediaries acting on their behalf.

Directs the Division of Law Revision to create part III of chapter 692, Florida Statutes, titled "Conveyances to Foreign Entities" to house this new prohibition statute.
