Authorizes the Department of State to implement password-protected systems for electronically filed records under specified Florida statutes (chapters 48, 55, 117, 118, 495, 605, 606, 607, 610, 617, 620, 621, 679, 713, and 865).

Allows the department to require filers to provide supplemental materials for system access, including original signatures and credential verification.

Permits the department to establish password-protected systems for entities to designate authorized account holders for electronic filing of entity-related records.

Requires the department to send participation codes to all email addresses on file with the Division of Corporations as of January 1, 2024, if implementing a password-protected system.

Allows the department to verify the identity of authorized account holders before granting electronic filing authorization.
