Creates the "Reverse Woke Act" requiring employers that cover gender dysphoria treatment to also cover full costs of treatment reversing such care, regardless of initial coverage rates.

Entitles employees who received employer-covered gender dysphoria treatment to full coverage of reversal treatment costs if they later determine the initial treatment was inappropriate, including after leaving employment.

Prohibits employers from making reversal treatment coverage contingent on whether the treatment is provided in Florida or elsewhere.

Allows aggrieved employees to file civil actions against current or former employers to recover actual total costs of reversal treatment plus damages for noncompliance.

Applies to employers with two or more employees, including governmental entities, and takes effect July 1, 2023.
