State universities must waive fees specified in section 1009.24(7)-(13) for graduate students with at least a 0.25 full-time equivalent appointment as a graduate assistant, graduate research assistant, graduate teaching assistant, graduate research associate, or graduate teaching associate.

Redesignates existing subsections (16)-(20) of section 1009.26, Florida Statutes as subsections (17)-(21) to accommodate the new subsection (16).

Effective July 1, 2023.
