Amends Florida law governing security agreements to establish that descriptions by collateral type alone are insufficient for certain accounts and entitlements.

Adds accounts and other entitlements specified in Florida Statutes sections 222.13-222.16, 222.18, and 222.201-222.22 to the list of collateral that cannot be described solely by type.

Maintains existing insufficiency requirements for commercial tort claims, consumer goods in consumer transactions, security entitlements, securities accounts, commodity accounts, and homestead mortgage rights.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
