Defines "advanced driver assistance system" as electronic safety systems associated with motor vehicle glass designed to increase safety and reduce crash losses.

Prohibits motor vehicle repair shops and their compensated representatives from offering rebates, gifts, cash, or anything of value to customers in exchange for making insurance claims for glass replacement or repair, including calibration of advanced driver assistance systems.

Requires repair shops to provide electronic or written notice (in at least 12-point type) to customers regarding whether calibration or recalibration of advanced driver assistance systems is required for glass replacement or repair.

Prohibits policyholders and other persons from entering into assignment agreements transferring post-loss glass replacement or repair benefits to service providers for policies issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2023; declares such agreements void and unenforceable.

Prohibits insurers, agents, adjusters, and their representatives from requiring claimants to use specific companies or locations for windshield glass services; requires insurers offering repair arrangement policies to provide actuarially sound discounts to insureds.
