Creates a new definition for "dosage form animal product" to mean feedstuff intended to affect animal body structure or function other than through nutrition, including oils, tinctures, capsules, tablets, liquids, and chewables.

Excludes from the dosage form definition minerals, vitamins, primary meals, treats, dental products with mechanical action, and FDA/USDA/EPA-regulated drugs, biologics, parasiticides, medical devices, and diagnostics.

Exempts dosage form animal products from guaranteed analysis labeling requirements that typically apply to commercial feed.

Establishes specific labeling requirements for dosage form animal products including net weight, registrant information, product name, manufacture/expiration date, active ingredient amounts, inactive ingredients, structure or function claims, safety warnings, dosage by animal weight, and "Not for human consumption" statement.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
