Creates Section 38.24, Florida Statutes, allowing judicial officers and their immediate family members to request removal of personal identifying information from websites within 72 hours at no charge

Defines "judicial officer" broadly to include current or former federal judges, circuit and county court judges, administrative law judges, magistrates, hearing officers, judicial law clerks, staff attorneys, and judicial assistants

Protects personal information including home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, license plate numbers, names of minor children, and locations of children's schools and daycares

Prohibits reposting or transferring removed personal information to any other person through any medium after a removal request is fulfilled

Authorizes judicial officers and family members to bring legal action for injunctive or declaratory relief, with violators required to pay court costs and attorney fees; knowing violations of court orders may result in actual damages awards

Exempts information relevant to conflicts of interest, voluntarily posted by the officer or family member after October 1, 2023, or posted at their request
