Requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to publish and maintain a list of all registered moving brokers and their affiliated registered movers on its website.

Empowers the department to immediately issue cease and desist orders and seek injunctions against unregistered persons operating as movers or moving brokers, and to immediately suspend registrations upon verification of criminal charges involving fraud or theft related to household goods movement.
