Amends Florida Statutes section 106.1405 to allow candidates to use campaign funds for child care expenses while engaging in campaign activities.

Child care expenses are only permitted if they would not have been incurred absent the campaign.

Maintains the existing prohibition on using campaign funds for normal living expenses, except for transportation, meals, and lodging during campaign-related travel.

Effective July 1, 2023.
