Changes the remittance schedule for clerks of court from monthly to quarterly for fines, fees, service charges, and costs owed to the state, with excess collections over one-fourth (instead of one-twelfth) of the clerk's total budget remitted to the Clerks of the Court Trust Fund by the 10th of the month following the quarterly calculation

Redirects the $37.50 charge collected in dissolution of marriage petitions from the General Revenue Fund to the local fine and forfeiture fund established under s. 142.01

Eliminates the requirement that clerks remit specified portions of probate filing fees to the General Revenue Fund, while retaining the $115 remittance from each probate filing fee to the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund

Reduces the amount remitted to the General Revenue Fund for real property or mortgage foreclosure claims valued between $50,000 and $250,000 from $700 to $350, and removes a prior provision directing $1.5 million in such fees to the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Court

Redirects the $10 service charge for issuing a summons from the General Revenue Fund to the local fine and forfeiture fund, effective July 1, 2023
