Prohibits counties from levying any special assessments on lands classified as agricultural under s. 193.461, removing prior exceptions that allowed assessments for fire protection on agricultural lands with dwellings or farm buildings

Authorizes construction or installation of housing for agricultural employees on land zoned for agricultural use operated as a bona fide farm, with a cap of 7,500 square feet per parcel and no requirement for local government approval by ordinance or resolution

Defines "agricultural employee" as a person who produces a farm product, is seasonally or annually employed in agricultural production, is lawfully present in the United States, and has been verified through the E-Verify process under s. 448.095

Prohibits local governments from adopting land use or zoning restrictions that require termination or surrender of agricultural classifications for property used for bona fide agricultural purposes, and invalidates any such restrictions adopted before July 1, 2023

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to permit and inspect toilet facilities placed on lands classified as agricultural, in addition to those on construction sites
