Adds two grounds for denial of medical license or disciplinary action under Florida law relating to physician employment and corporate practice restrictions.

Prohibits physicians from being employed by any corporation, organization, group, or person except other licensed physicians or professional corporations, limited liability companies, or nonprofit organizations composed of licensed physicians.

Prohibits non-physicians from directing, controlling, or interfering with a physician's clinical judgment, patient medical records, or billing and personnel practices including hours of practice.

Effective date is July 1, 2023.
