Proposes creation of Section 28 of Article I of the State Constitution to establish fishing, hunting, and taking of fish and wildlife as a preserved public right.

Includes protection for traditional methods of fishing and hunting as a preferred means of managing and controlling fish and wildlife.

Specifies the amendment does not limit the authority of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission under Section 9 of Article IV.

Requires submission to Florida voters for approval at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law.
