Titled "The Ultimate Cancel Act," requires the Division of Elections to immediately cancel the registration and approved status of any political party whose platform has previously advocated for or supported slavery or involuntary servitude

Voters registered with a canceled political party must be notified that their registration will be changed to "No Party Affiliation" and provided procedures to update their affiliation to an active party

A canceled political party may reregister with the Department of State by filing a certificate with officer names/addresses, voter registration applications for all officers and executive committee members, and copies of its constitution, bylaws, and rules

Any reregistering organization must choose a name substantially different from any previously registered party and must file no later than 6 months before any election in which it wishes to nominate candidates
