Rename the "Give Kids The World" specialty license plate to the "Universal Orlando Resort" specialty license plate, with plate design featuring "Florida" at the top and "Universal Orlando Resort" at the bottom.

Direct the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a "Recycle Florida" specialty license plate, with annual use fees distributed to Recycle Florida Today Foundation, Inc. for recycling awareness, conservation programs, and professional development in recycling and sustainability fields.

Direct the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a "Support Homeownership" specialty license plate for the Florida Association of Realtors, with annual use fees distributed to Homeownership For All, Inc. to fund affordable housing programs.

Permit up to 10 percent of proceeds from all specialty license plates to be used for promotion and marketing, with remaining proceeds directed to their respective designated organizations.
