Authorizes counties and municipalities to establish slow speed, minimum wake boating-restricted areas within 500 feet of any private or public marina pumpout on the Florida Intracoastal Waterway within their jurisdiction.

Adds marina pumpouts to the list of locations where slow speed, minimum wake restrictions can be imposed by local ordinance, alongside existing restrictions near bridges, mooring fields, and narrow waterways.

Reenacts section 327.41(2) relating to uniform waterway regulatory markers to incorporate the amendment regarding marina pumpout restrictions.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
