Bans classroom instruction on sexual orientation or gender identity from pre-K through grade 8, with any instruction in grades 9-12 requiring departmental approval; applies to charter schools.

Requires department approval of all materials used to teach reproductive health, diseases, and health education, and mandates instruction teach that biological male and female reproductive roles are "binary, stable, and unchangeable."

Expands parental objection procedures for school materials by making objection forms easily accessible on school websites, allowing removal of materials depicting sexual conduct, and requiring materials subject to pornography objections be unavailable to students during review; removes parents' right to bring declaratory judgment lawsuits.
