Repeals Florida's red light camera (traffic infraction detector) program, eliminating statutes that authorized state agencies, counties, and municipalities to use automated cameras to enforce traffic signal violations

Prohibits condominium associations, homeowners' associations, and mobile home communities from using devices that automatically photograph or record vehicle license plates unless approved by a supermajority of members

Removes the $158 fine structure for red light violations enforced by traffic infraction enforcement officers, retaining only the penalty structure for violations enforced by law enforcement officers

Eliminates the authority for traffic infraction enforcement officers to issue citations based on traffic infraction detectors and removes related hearing officer provisions

Removes the provision that prevented points from being assessed on driver's licenses for red light camera violations, as the camera program itself is being eliminated
