Amends Florida law to require law enforcement agencies to include the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System in their written policies for investigating missing children and adults, alongside the Florida Crime Information Center and National Crime Information Center.

Prohibits removal of missing person entries from any database (Florida Crime Information Center, National Crime Information Center, or National Missing and Unidentified Persons System) based solely on the age of the missing child or adult.

Requires law enforcement to transmit missing child reports to all three databases within 2 hours of receipt and missing adult reports within 2 hours if deemed credible.

Mandates that law enforcement agencies immediately purge missing person information from all three databases upon locating the missing child or adult and notify the Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
