Amends section 193.085, Florida Statutes to require county property appraisers in wind-borne debris regions to display additional information on their websites.

Property appraisers must specify for each parcel the year of initial construction of the improvement and the year of publication of the building code applicable to that construction.

Applies only to counties located within a wind-borne debris region as defined in the Florida Building Code.

Takes effect January 1, 2024.
