Creates section 288.9984, Florida Statutes, establishing public records and meetings exemptions for the universal regulatory sandbox program.

Exempts from public disclosure information in regulatory sandbox applications that the Office of Regulatory Relief determines could cause economic harm to the applicant, including statements, and information for certain reporting requirements.

Allows confidential application information to be released to appropriate state and federal agencies for investigation purposes and permits disclosure of a summary of the offering.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the General Regulatory Sandbox Program Advisory Committee from public meetings requirements when discussing confidential information, and exempts all recordings, minutes, and records from those closed sessions.

Automatically repeals these exemptions on October 2, 2028, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts them through the Open Government Sunset Review Act process.
