Imposes an annual license tax on movable tiny homes at registration or renewal, with fees of $20 for homes not exceeding 35 feet, $35 for homes over 35 feet but not exceeding 55 feet, and $45 for homes over 55 feet in length.

Establishes licensing fees for movable tiny home dealers: $300 for initial application (first year), $100 for optional second year extension, and $100 for 1-year renewals or $200 for 2-year renewals.

Adds $25 fee for dealer change of location and charges late renewal applicants the original application fee if renewal is submitted after October 1 of the license expiration year.

Requires applicants to pay actual costs of state and federal fingerprint processing in addition to licensure fees, and requires licensees to pay for original, additional, or replacement computerized cards.

Establishes $50 fee for each supplemental dealer license authorizing operation of additional places of business, while maintaining no-charge supplemental licenses for off-premises sales up to 10 consecutive days.
