Creates section 827.11 to prohibit knowingly admitting a child to an adult live performance, defined as shows depicting nudity, sexual conduct, or lewd conduct that predominantly appeals to prurient interest, is patently offensive to community standards, and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for the child's age.

Makes knowingly admitting a child to such performances a first-degree misdemeanor, with ignorance of the child's age, age misrepresentation, or belief in consent not permitted as a defense.

Bars governmental entities from issuing permits authorizing performances in violation of these provisions, with violators subject to first-degree misdemeanor charges.

Authorizes the Division of Hotels and Restaurants to fine, suspend, or revoke licenses of public lodging and food service establishments admitting children to adult live performances, with $5,000 fines for first violations and $10,000 for subsequent violations.

Authorizes the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to revoke or suspend alcohol licenses of premises admitting children to adult live performances, with the same $5,000 and $10,000 fine structure for first and subsequent violations.
