Require persons in charge of private mailboxes, virtual offices, or executive office/mini suites to confirm whether a named person maintains such a location, with criminal penalties under s. 843.02 for refusal.

Allow service of process on registered agents, partners, or listed representatives of partnerships and limited liability partnerships if their address is a residence, private mailbox, virtual office, or executive office/mini suite.

Extend registered agent office hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (currently 10 a.m. to 12 noon) for partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, excluding weekends and legal holidays.

Reduce service of process attempts for unknown occupants from three attempts (business hours, nonbusiness hours, and weekend) to two attempts on different days (one business hours, one nonbusiness hours).

Authorize service of process on any employee of a district school board at its main office when the board chair, superintendent, other board members, and general counsel cannot be located.
