Increases the commission for Florida Lottery ticket sales from 5.75 percent to 6 percent of the purchase price of each ticket sold or issued as a prize by a retailer.

Removes the temporary limitation that restricted additional retailer compensation to only the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

Eliminates the cap that limited additional retailer compensation to funds appropriated in the Florida Lottery Retailer Bonus Commission program in the 2022-2023 General Appropriations Act.

Repeals section 58 of chapter 2022-157, Laws of Florida, which contained the future expiration provision for the previous amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2023, except for the repeal provision which takes effect immediately upon enactment.
