Apply requirements to both prescription drug benefits-identification cards under section 627.4302 and group health insurance identification cards under section 627.657.

Authorize the Department of Financial Services to adopt rules to administer changes to the consumer complaint website and hotline to assist insureds with insurance-related disputes.
