Establishes the Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender Student Loan Repayment Program within the Department of Education to increase employment and retention in the public sector by making annual student loan payments.

Requires participants to be Florida Bar members in good standing, employed full-time by a state attorney or public defender, have no more than 10 years of continuous service, earn less than $65,000 annually, have no disciplinary action from The Florida Bar, and have unsatisfied federal or state student loans.

Provides annual payments of $3,000 for participants with 4-7 years of service or $5,000 for those with 7-10 years of service; payments are made directly to the loan servicer and are not considered taxable income.

Requires annual certification affidavits submitted by participants within 30 days of their employment anniversary and by employers within 60 days to maintain eligibility; if appropriated funds are insufficient, all participants' payments are reduced proportionally.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt administrative rules and makes program funding contingent on annual appropriations in the General Appropriations Act, effective July 1, 2023.
