Revises prohibited activities for selling, manufacturing, or delivering controlled substances near schools to apply only "during the school's hours of operation, including when the school is providing services to students outside of normal hours of operation" rather than the previous 6 a.m. to 12 midnight timeframe.

Modifies restrictions for controlled substances near parks, community centers, and publicly owned recreational facilities to apply only "during the hours of operation" rather than "at any time."

Changes the restriction for controlled substances near places of worship to apply only "when such church or religious organization is conducting services or other activities" and eliminates the prohibition within 1,000 feet of convenience businesses.

Eliminates paragraph (f) of section 893.13(1) that previously prohibited selling, manufacturing, or delivering controlled substances within 1,000 feet of public housing facilities, removing associated criminal penalties.

Updates cross-references in sections 893.149 and 921.0022 to conform to the deletion of the public housing facility prohibition, and removes the offense severity ranking for drug violations within 1,000 feet of public housing facilities.
