Protects information that is already exempt or confidential under Florida law when obtained by elder abuse or vulnerable adult abuse fatality review teams, maintaining its protected status.

Establishes confidentiality exemption for any information in review team records that reveals the identity of abuse victims, exploitation victims, neglect victims, or persons responsible for victim welfare.

Exempts portions of review team meetings from public meeting requirements when discussing exempt information, victim identities, or information protected under chapter 415.

Automatically repeals the exemption on October 2, 2028, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it.

Takes effect on the same date as SB 1540 or similar legislation if adopted in the same legislative session.
