Amends Florida Statutes section 330.30 to establish procedures for Department of Transportation issuance of temporary airport licenses and registrations.

Temporary airport licenses or registrations are valid for less than 30 days and are not renewable.

Department must conduct a detailed review and audit of information submitted by temporary airport applicants and registrants.

Department must grant site approval only after requirements of rule 14-60.005(4), Florida Administrative Code are met, but is not required to physically inspect the site.

Department may bypass public announcement and review process for temporary airport site approvals due to urgent time requirements, with approval orders taking effect on the date of issuance.
