Requires each district school board in Florida to adopt an anaphylactic policy for implementation at all schools within the district

Mandates the policy include emergency protocols, treatment plans, and individualized health care plans for students with food or other allergies that could cause anaphylaxis

Requires at least 50% of school personnel in before- and after-school programs to complete training on preventing and responding to allergic reactions, including epinephrine auto-injector use, within 3 months of employment

Policies must be reviewed and updated at least every 3 years and published on both district and Department of Education websites

Schools must annually notify parents of the anaphylactic policy and provide contact information for obtaining additional information about allergy management
