Establishes the Fresh From Florida Retail Fresh Market Farm Stand Signage Program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide directional signage for certified farm stands.

Requires certified retail fresh market farm stands to produce farm products on-site, operate at least 4 days per week for 10 months annually, maintain a growing area of at least 87,120 square feet, offer tours, and display permanent signage.

Excludes agricultural facilities that produce wine or other products without an on-site growing area from program participation.

Directs the Department of Transportation to place uniform directional signage on interstate highways and primary and secondary roads upon request, with owners paying specified fees for placement.

Creates a 12-member Fresh From Florida Retail Fresh Market Farm Stand Advisory Council to consult on signage development and submit annual program recommendations to the commissioner.
