Exempts low-income female students pregnant from rape, incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking who carry to term from paying tuition and fees at Florida College System institutions and state universities, with conception date of January 1, 2023 or later and household income not exceeding 185 percent of federal poverty level.

Establishes the Academic Success of Pregnant Female Students Who Are Victims of Sexual Abuse Grant Program within the Department of Education to provide child care funding for eligible low-income pregnant female students.

Limits grant eligibility to Florida residents enrolled at school district career centers, charter career technical centers, Florida College System institutions, or state universities with conception date of January 1, 2023 or later.

Sets grant amounts at the average cost of Gold Seal Quality Care designated child care providers in the student's county and disburses awards at the beginning of fall and spring semesters on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to legislative appropriation.

Effective July 1, 2023.
