Establishes the Transition Success Network as a multiagency coordination system to support young adults with developmental disabilities transitioning from the K-12 education system to postsecondary opportunities, employment, and independent living.

Designates the Agency for Persons with Disabilities as the lead agency and requires participation from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Division of Career and Adult Education, school districts, CareerSource Florida, Inc., and the Able Trust, with optional participation from nonprofits, local chambers of commerce, and service providers.

Requires the network to conduct an initial statewide needs assessment and biennial local needs assessments to identify service gaps and barriers, examine data to improve accessibility, and participate in individual education plan meetings upon request.

Amends section 1003.5716 to require a Transition Success Network member to participate in IEP meetings for students with disabilities and provide assistance based on student needs and goals when requested by the student or parent.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
