Allows persons holding a valid vehicle for-hire license from any Florida county or municipality to work in any other county or municipality without additional licensing requirements or fees, provided they hold an active license in their home county/municipality and have not had a for-hire license suspended or revoked in the past 5 years.

Permits persons with a valid vehicle for-hire airport permit from any Florida airport, county, or municipality to work at any airport in the state without additional airport permits or fees.

Defines "airport" to include any airport, airport authority, aviation authority, or entity operating a commercial service airport as defined in section 332.0075 of Florida Statutes.

Effective July 1, 2023.
