Designates April 11, 2023, as "Path of the Panther Day" in Florida to recognize the Florida panther recovery and celebrate the Florida Wildlife Corridor

Acknowledges that the Florida Wildlife Corridor encompasses 18 million acres total, with 10 million currently protected and 8 million remaining as opportunity areas for preservation

Notes that the Legislature has prioritized environmental restoration and clean water resources, including record funding for water storage, water quality, Everglades restoration, and Florida Wildlife Corridor expansion

Recognizes the award-winning film and book "Path of the Panther" featuring conservation photographer Carlton Ward, Jr., whose photographs are displayed in the Capitol during April 2023

Highlights the Florida Wildlife Corridor Act's goal to preserve hundreds of thousands of additional acres through Florida Forever programs and purchase of development rights from farmers and ranchers
